As You Go
E. Earl Kendrick
$21.95
5.25 x 8 - 272 Pages
Follow the Kincaids back to Ireland in the 1500’s as they discover unknown history and a future that has yet to be revealed. Experience events as the O’Tooles leave Ireland, go to Scotland and then to the New World. Worship with them in Scotland and rejoice with them in their salvation. Enjoy the laughter of people who are trying to survive and marvel at their courage. The name becomes Kincaid through marriage and a mystery is discovered. Relish the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how it is shared as life is lived.
E. Earl Kendrick is a native, western Kansan, and was born and raised on a ranch that his maternal grandparents built. His parents were born in the late 1800’s and his story writing is gleaned as much from their experiences as his own. A family with 7 kids, 150 cows, 30 horses, countless goats, hogs, chickens, cats and dogs is a delight to any child and for Earl it was a source of much excitement, fun and trouble. Since the onslaught of MS in 1998, he has been disabled and has turned to writing both to amuse himself and to share with others. The paternal side of his family is Scot-Irish, and the maternal side is English. His dad, an old-time cowboy, homesteaded in Logan County, Kansas in 1906. His mother got her teaching certificate in 1918 and, until her marriage in 1927, taught in several one-room school houses. This is a history in the making.
