This book is unique in the sense that it was written from the point of view of someone who grew up in church, did church things, got visitations from God, and knew the Word of God but was unwilling to surrender completely to God. It delves deep into the life of what it means to be a church girl and shows the flawed humanity of those we call Christians. It exposes some of the hard things believers go through and also shows that God is holy, and He accepts nothing more than what He requires. It also shows the process of salvation that we are saved, being saved, and ultimately will be saved from the wrath to come. Obedience to God, a willingness to surrender your life into His hands is the only way a person can have joy and live a joyful life. The kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy. Many people live lives absent of joy because they are still holding onto themselves and their past. The only way to have true joy is to let go.

Paula Bobb is a minister of the gospel and wife of founder and senior pastor Tyrone Bobb of T.A.B. Ministries, Toronto, Canada. She serves as an evangelist, missionary, and worship leader and is passionate about God and evangelizing the gospel through local and international outreach ministries. She received the Life Changers Club International's woman of influence award in 2020 in recognition of over seven years of service to the community. She loves the arts and works as an actress and model in various films and television and print advertisements. She loves travelling, reading, and spending quality time with family and treasures quiet times of reflection.
